was held on the 9th March at the clubhouse. Along with the normal club business of election of various posts etc., a number of Trophies and certificates were awarded to those members who did particularly well last year, or gained an award.

This is our main fundraising event so we need our boys and girls to get as many sponsors as they can. Please try and support them.

Annual membership subscriptions are now due. The fees will remain the same as last year. This means the cost will be (all ages as on 1st January):

Nippers (7-12yrs) £20
Juniors (13-15yrs) £24
Seniors (16yrs & up) £28
Family membership £75

New Gear

We have a building just up the road from the club that we have knocked about and changed so it can be used for a store room for our boards etc:

As a result, because we now have somewhere to keep them, we have been
able to buy 2 new rescue boards, which is brilliant, and also a trailer (which I collected recently), to carry boards and skis.

Les and myself went up to Delabole last season with the new trailer to collect the Skis and boards that are still kept there. So we now have a good number of craft which can be used on Nipper nights or Juniors/Seniors Sunday mornings actually down at the beach.
